How does it work?

Register with BCCC Management to identify when are you are able to  volunteer. For each completed task, you will be registered for prize-winning draws!

Family Camp Draw

Shifts completed during Family Camp make you eligible for one of three prizes, to be drawn and announced Saturday, July 15th. (*We will include shift commitments for Sunday, July 16th in the draw.)

Grand Prize – 2 Nights at Heartland to be used before April 30, 2024
1st Prize – Dinner for 4 at the Evandale Inn to be used before September 30, 2023
2nd Prize – Ice-cream for your family at Baleman’s to be used before September 30, 2023
3rd Prize – Ice-cream for your family at Baleman’s to be used before September 30, 2023

Summer Programming Draw

Shifts completed in preparation for and during large group rentals, and/or to support Summer@Beulah programming (June-August) also make you eligible for the same prizes, to be drawn August 26th. (*We will include shift commitments up until September 4, 2023)

Grand Prize – 2 Nights at Heartland to be used before April 30, 2024

Please register by email or phone through the BCCC Manager in the area you want to work. Feel free to register with more than one Manager. Each shift makes you eligible for both the Family Camp and Summer@Beulah draw. It is our plan to honour your assignment requests, however, we reserve the right to ask your team to complete your shift in an area where the greatest need is present.
