Dave Smith
Owner True^North, Professor, Indiana Wesleyan University
David Smith is a professor of Bible at Indiana Wesleyan University and founder and owner of True^North Bible study. For the past 36 years, he has been married to his wife, Angie, who is a homemaker and a discipler of young women on the IWU campus. Known as “Dave” to most, he is passionate about the Gospels and the letters of Paul, while also having extensive experience studying and teaching the Hebrew Bible. David and Angie have two children, Joshua (married to Laura) and Hannah (married to Brian). Together, they have travelled globally to teach and lead leadership development initiatives. Their most passionate work has been in Church-based Community Development in Malawi, Africa.

Darren Campell
CEO of Slingshot, CEO of Campus
Darren Campbell grew up in Woodstock and attended Woodstock Wesleyan. Dale McDonald was his youth pastor! Darren attended Indiana Wesleyan University where he met his wife Nancy. Darren and Nancy have been married for 29 years. They have two adult boys, Kevin and Tucker. Darren is both an ordained minister and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Slingshot (SlingshotEDU.com) and Campus (CampusEDU.com) as well as the founding pastor of Exit 59 Church which he planted and co-led with Nancy for 14 years. Darren and Nancy currently live close to their kids in Nashville, TN.

Katie Lynn Mansvelt
Owner Design Disciple, Discipleship Facilitator, Kingswood University
Kate graduated from Kingswood University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion: Pastoral Major. She took her degree and started focusing on the practical side of following Jesus every day.
Kate started up Design Disciple over a decade ago, and works inside and outside the church, helping people create spaces to strengthen their souls with Jesus. No matter where she is, Kate is a spiritual coach at heart, always present and trying to sense what the Holy Spirit is doing in the room. She has a sensitive heart for people and their journey and takes a creative biblical approach knowing there is no formula.
