Tubing – Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday, 2:00-4:00pm
Everyone is welcome to hang on for a ride around the river. Experienced driver will be sensitive to individual’s adventure comfort level. Rides are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Life jackets are provided. Pending availability.
Tiny Tots Play Group – Monday-Friday, 10:30am (Deborah Gilbert)
This is a time of connection and encouragement for people with nursery-aged children. If you find yourself sitting out of the morning service with your little wiggler, come and let them play with you close at hand while you enjoy the opportunity to chat with others in the same life-stage as you.
Kids’ Movie: Ferdinand – Monday, July 9, 2:00-3:30pm
After Ferdinand, a bull with a big heart, is mistaken for a dangerous beast, he is captured and torn from his home. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team on the ultimate adventure. Based on the classic children’s book, Ferdinand proves you can’t judge a bull by it’s cover. Popcorn and drink boxes provided. No adult supervision – parent/guardians welcome.
Family Event: The Great Scavenger Hunt – Tuesday, July 10, 1:00pm (Joy Guptill)
The race is on! Get your team together, solve the riddles and clues, search for items, seek out the correct answers and be the first team back to win. Every team must have at least one child under 12 – beg, borrow, (don’t steal) a child, if necessary, to play! All generations are welcome. First 3 teams back will win one of our grand prizes. Everyone who participates goes home with a treat. Don’t forget to register your team at the Event Registration on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Mom & Me: A Royal-Tea Party – Wednesday, July 11, 1:30-3:00pm (Joy Guptill)
Come and be treated like royalty at our special Mother-Daughter tea party. Come celebrate the fact that we are daughters of the KING and share in some hands-on fun and food. Mothers (grandmothers) and daughters of all ages are invited to attend. Cost is $5 per project. Spaces are limited; be sure to register during Event Registration on Saturday/Sunday evening!
Dad & Me: PVC Rocket Launchers – Wednesday, July 11, 3:30-5:00pm (Bruce Cheney)
This is a do-not-miss activity for (Grand)Fathers and their Kids! Construct a pop bottle rocket launcher out of PVC pipe and stand back for the show. You’ll be amazed how high the rockets will fly! Guarantees hours of fun for all ages! Each project includes supplies for one rocket launcher and one rocket. All generations are welcome. Recommended for ages 4 and up. Cost is $5 per project for materials. Spaces are limited; be sure to register at the Event Registration on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
7th Annual Giant Egg Hunt – Thursday, July 12, 1:15pm and 4:00pm (Joy Guptill)
Search for eggs hidden in our designated area. Every egg is filled with either a small treat or prize. Over 1200 eggs for each age group! Come out and enjoy the hunt. Please note the separate hunt times by age on the schedule. No registration is required.
Design a Pillowcase – Thursday, July 12, 2:00-3:30pm (Darla Perreault)
Draw or trace a picture onto a pillowcase, colour with crayon, and we’ll take care of setting the colour. Take home your Beulah 2018 Family Camp pillowcase and enjoy sweet dreams filled with camp memories. Recommended for ages 4 and up. Parent supervision required for children under 8. Cost is $2 per person and supplies are limited; be sure to register!
Grandpa/Grandma & Me – Friday, July 13, 2:00pm (Andrea Gunter)
There’s nothing better than Beulah with the grandkids! Come and make a chocolate trifle dessert together that you can take home to enjoy later as a special treat. A fun dessert and our crazy dress-up photo booth will round out this memory-making time together. Cost is $5 per project and registration is required.
Walking the Loop – Monday-Friday, 7:00am
Start the day off right with a little exercise and a lot of fun as we walk the Beulah Loop. We will be leaving from the Heritage Hall veranda and walking for all levels of fitness.
Ladies Event: Painting with Amanda – Monday, July 9, 1:30-4:30pm (Amanda Forgrave)
Amanda Forgrave from YOUR DESIGN is back again this year to offer her wildly popular paint event. Amanda will lead you in a 3-hour painting tutorial aimed at beginners. Walk away with a completed 16”x20” work of art! Refreshments provided. Cost is $30 and includes all materials. Space is limited to 35 participants and registration is required.

Simply Crafting with Deb MacCallum – Tuesday, July 10, 3:00pm (Deb MacCallum)
Choose your favourite digital image and let’s turn it into a a piece of art that will always bring back that special memory. Using an 8×8 block of wood, and the image of your choice, we will decoupage your image on to the wood and finish it with a textured border using Saltwash and matte paint mixed with Mock Chalk. Cost is $20 for materials. Space is limited to 15 participants and registration is required; be sure to reserve your spot at Event Registration.
Great “Golf Cart” Scavenger Hunt – Tuesday, July 10, 4:00pm (Joy Guptill)
The race is on! Grab a team, jump on your golf cart, and get ready to scour the campground for clues to solve the riddles. Be one of the first three teams back with all the correct answers to win a grand prize. Teams can be any combination, any age. Geared especially for those with limited mobility, all clues can be solved from your seat. NB Rules of the Road apply for golf cart use.
Mixed Golfing – Wednesday, July 11, 12:15pm (Rod Guptill)
The Beulah Open Golf Event is back again for another fun-filled, relaxing, and team-building tournament at the Welsford Golf Club. Tee times will run from 12:30pm-2:30pm with a pre-game BBQ starting at 12:15pm. Lots of friendly competition and prizes await! Cost is $30 per person green fee. Golf carts are not included and must be reserved ahead of time. Format is 2-man scramble, playing the best of each shot from your team. Registration is open during the Event Registration on Saturday and Sunday evenings.
6th Annual Motorcycle Run – Saturday, July 14, 11:45-6:00pm (Dana Smith)
Gather at the Caretaker Cottage parking lot immediately after service for an afternoon ride to the picturesque village of St. Martins on the Bay of Fundy. Dig into lunch of your choice at one of the seaside restaurants and enjoy the beautiful countryside as you tour the backcountry roads.

The heart of the campground comes alive with the smells of tasty treats and the sound of laughter and conversation. Join in the fun during Evening-on-the-Boulevard where concession stands will be serving everything from lobster rolls and curly fries to beaver tails and pulled pork sandwiches. Concessions will open AFTER the Benediction of the one-hour 6:30 pm Service.

Take a tour around the grounds and learn some of the fascinating history of Beulah Camp. Hear the stories of the founding families, learn of the events of days gone by, and see the buildings and places that Beulah Camp is built upon. Bring your curiosity and questions for this memorable hour.
